A visual artist with a career spanning over 35 years, Knut Pani is internationally recognized for his lyrical and synthetic style. Born in Mexico City, he began his training at the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes in San Miguel de Allende and continued at the Art Center College of Design in California. He served as art director at the Museo Rufino Tamayo and worked with abstract expressionists, key influences in his artistic evolution.
His work is part of more than 200 collections around the world and can be admired in large-scale murals in Mexico City. Among his many honors, the Lorenzo il Magnifico Medal, awarded in Florence, Italy, stands out.
