Paloma Torres

With more than 100 group exhibitions and 53 solo shows, Paloma Torres is a prominent Mexican visual artist. She has exhibited in venues such as the Museo de Arte Carrillo Gil, the Palacio de Bellas Artes, and the Museo Amparo, among others. Her series Urban Patterns has traveled to cities such as Paris, Berlin, Beirut, Doha, and San Francisco.

In 2017, she curated the exhibition Tierras Ambulantes at the Mexican Cultural Institute in Washington D.C., which toured various cultural spaces across the United States, concluding at the Newcomb Museum at Tulane University in Louisiana.

She has exhibited her work in spaces such as the RISD Museum of Art, Paris Photo, AIPAD in New York, the Benaki Museum in Athens, and the PHotoEspaña festival, among others. Her work reflects a multidisciplinary approach and a solid artistic background.
